其实这个问题的核心内容是，以下三种方式，哪一种是较好的能够维持健康的方式，它虽然要求你说是较好的，也就是说你要讲出你所选的这种方式能够带来的好处是其它两类不能带来的。清楚这一点后，需要紧扣中心，给出理由，如果随随便便找出一两个来，首先自己这一关就过不去，很难再后续中表现出流利的口语表达来。

其实清楚了这道题的思路后，大家会发现getting enough sleep是比较好说的，因为如果没有good sleep, 很难去进行锻炼或者拥有良好的饮食习惯。选择了sleep后，我们就开始罗列理由了。第一，Enough sleep can bring enough vitality or energy we need for a day. 第二，Enoughsleep can reduce percentage of heart disease or high blood pressure. 罗列两点就可以了，然后针对其中一点举例，进行充分说明。譬如第一条理由，可以举例自己曾经熬夜奋斗考试，结果考试时候睡着了，得不偿失等等。
